Everything that is marked is Winchester with the exception of the op rod spring guide which says "BRKFLD Prec."
Stock is absolutely gorgeous and my camera phone pics do not do it justice. It is a deep, dark, red and the cartouche is beautifully stamped.
Rifle has less than 200 rounds down the tube, all of it federal gold match and mil surplus from Britain and South Africa.
Weapon was built by Ted Brown. I sent the rifle in to him over a month ago for an inspection and match trigger job. The trigger feels great and the rifle has been given a clean bill of health.
There is some slight wear here and there on the parkarization (sp?) but most of it is simply due to the usual wear sustained during normal operation of the rifle. I wish I had a better camera but the pics linked will have to suffice and I believe they provide a fairly complete picture.
Rifle will ship with two 20 round CMI mags and will be shipped in a padded cardboard box
Buyer will have a three day inspection period and will be responsible for shipping.
Trades considered would be an M1 Garand, M70, M40 however if you have something else in mind shoot me a email and I'll consider it.
